This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional with a proven track record in managing building works, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering quality projects safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate daily site activities on a high-rise building project.
- Manage labour, subcontractors, plant, and material resources.
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project programmes.
- Monitor productivity and maintain project deadlines.
- Enforce health, safety, environmental, and quality standards on site.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and site inspections.
- Coordinate site logistics and workflow between trades.
