We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial projects throughout New Hampshire.
🔨 Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage daily on-site construction operations
+ Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and project sequencing
+ Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies
+ Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards
+ Conduct site meetings and collaborate with project managers
+ Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation
+ Oversee inspections, compliance, and site logistics
