- Location: 8389 Smith Blvd Pefferlaw, ON L0E 1N0
- Salary: $38.50 hourly (40 hours per week)
- Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma from a 1‑to‑2‑year program
- Experience required: 1 to less than 2 years
- Work location: Must be performed at the physical location; no remote option
Responsibilities
- Read blueprints, schemas, and drawings
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
- Prepare reports
- Use MS Office
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- Select trade subcontractors
- Coordinate subcontractor activities
Supervision
- Manage 5–10 people
