About the Role
The Senior Estimator is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and owning all cost estimates for remodel and new build projects across QSR, commercial, and residential sectors. This includes developing accurate conceptual budgets, detailed take‑offs, subcontractor bid leveling, and final pricing submissions. The ideal candidate has strong experience in multi‑unit retail or QSR construction and possesses deep knowledge of market pricing, subcontractor management, and value engineering. This role requires both technical precision and strategic cost awareness to protect margins and enhance project feasibility.
