As Construction Manager, you’ll be responsible for organizing, supporting and managing BBA's activities on all its work sites in your region. Your role will include engaging with clients to promote our services and onsite project management expertise; recruiting and organizing the work of site supervisors, resident engineers and onsite inspectors—whether consultants or employees—within the region.
You'll be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships for all onsite work by BBA’s regional team. Your performance will be measured by achieving health and safety, quality, budget and schedule targets. To achieve this, you'll be supported by BBA’s Project Management Office experts, who’ll work closely with you. You’ll also serve in enhancing BBA’s construction management tools and procedures.
