Job Description
What you'll be doing?
- Technical Drawing Excellence: Prepare and produce detailed architectural drawings, models, and comprehensive design documentation to support the planning and construction of new buildings and renovation projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Project Coordination Leadership: Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of design elements and maintain timely progression of work across all project phases and stakeholders.
- Review & Approval Management: Assist in the thorough review and approval process of shop drawings, material samples, and vendor submittals from subcontractors, ensuring compliance with design specifications and project requirements.
