We are seeking a skilled Construction Coordinator with over 10 years of extensive experience in construction, preferably having served as a superintendent or construction manager at a general contractor or owner representative company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed in compliance with the construction documents and will have the ability to review drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.
Responsibilities
+ Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with construction documents.
+ Read and review construction schedules, create 3-week lookaheads, and conduct whiteboard meetings.
+ Identify constraints, assign responsibility, and escalate issues to the Project Leader.
