In this pivotal role, the Branch Manager will report to the Regional General Manager, focusing on managing labour usage and approving project costs. You will provide tools to your team and oversee the quality of work by both subcontractors and direct labour. This position requires collaborating with sales reps and maintaining compliance with safety procedures while planning and strategizing for financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and approve direct labour hours and project costs
• Ensure team has necessary tools and equipment
• Oversee subcontractors to meet quality standards
• Assist sales reps with change orders and opportunities
• Enforce local safety regulations and policies
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of commercial construction experience
