Position Summary
TheConstruction Analystsupports nationwide renovation and construction operations across the organization’s single-family rental portfolio. This roleis responsible formanaging key aspects of the construction lifecycle, including budget tracking, vendor coordination, scheduling, and quality control. The position plays a critical role in ensuring renovation projects align with the investment thesis by monitoring cost performance,identifyingvariances, and supporting operational execution. This role works cross-functionally with Acquisitions, Investment Management, and vendor partners to ensuretimelyandaccuratedelivery of renovation projects across multiple markets.
