Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced ITOM Visibility & CMDB Consultant to join our ServiceNow team.
The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of IT experience, with deep expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM), including at least two full-cycle ITOM implementation projects. ITOM-specific certifications are required. Location Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM Visibility solutions.
- Architect and deploy ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database), Discovery, and Service Mapping modules.
