Job Description

Our client is seeking Configuration Management Analyst to support ServiceNow CMDB governance and operational excellence.

Contract, % remote 

Join a Global Service Assurance team responsible for Configuration Management governance, CMDB health, and operational excellence across a complex enterprise environment. This role partners with IT teams and managed service providers to ensure configuration data is accurate, trusted, and supports reliable business services.

Must have: 

  • 3+ years of experience supporting Configuration Management or IT Service Management processes within an enterprise IT environment
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, including Configuration Items (CIs), CMDB Health, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CI lifecycle management
  • Strong understanding of ITIL Configuration Management principles, governance, and best practices
  • Experience improving CMDB data quality, audits, reconciliations...
