Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences? We're looking for a Conference Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of our meetings and events spaces, ensuring every organiser and delegate receives a seamless, professional and welcoming experience. As the operational lead for meetings, you'll be the key point of contact for event organisers, overseeing room preparation, coordinating service delivery, leading colleagues and ensuring every event is delivered to the highest standards. Acting as the primary host and contact for meeting organisers throughout their event journey.
Ensuring meeting rooms and breakout spaces are presentation-ready and fully operational.
Coordinating with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Drink and wider hotel teams to deliver seamless events.
