Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients a Conference Operator (m/f), to ensure the smooth running of conferences and events within a dynamic and international environment.
Your responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for users in conference rooms
- Perform full checks of equipment (microphones, headsets, channels, computers)
- Operate audiovisual and simultaneous interpretation systems
- Execute conference scenarios via dedicated interfaces (AMX, Extron, Q-Sys, etc.)
- Manage microphones, cameras, and recordings in real time
- Provide support to interpreters, secretariats, and chairpersons
- Monitor and moderate hybrid meetings (Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc.)
- Coordinate webcast activities with specialized teams
- Monitor AV equipment during sessions and perform basic troubleshooting when needed
