Job Description
Lead the management of condominiums in the Ottawa/Prescott-Russell region. This role involves overseeing operational and financial tasks to ensure effective condo management.
We are seeking a skilled Condominium Manager with a minimum of one year of experience to oversee all aspects of condo operations. You will manage budget control, maintenance tasks, and facilitate board meetings while addressing legal documentation needs. The position requires a strong grasp of Condo Law and is open to candidates with or without a CMRAO license, as you will work under the guidance of a licensed manager.
Key Responsibilities:
