Job Description
CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an Assistant Condo Manager in Singapore. You will support the Condo Manager to coordinate the portfolio, ensuring services meet policy, procedures, and contractual obligations.
You will inspect common areas, respond to residents, and help prepare meeting minutes. Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years in residential/condominium management, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication.
