**Job Description**
As a Crew Leader Technician, you will oversee a crew of 2-3 people, managing projects and ensuring the successful completion of concrete work. You will be responsible for communicating project progression, coordinating materials, and providing overall updates.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee and manage a crew of 2-3 people on projects.
+ Communicate effectively regarding project progression, material needs, and project updates.
+ Perform concrete work, including cutting concrete slabs, forming, placing, and finishing work.
+ Utilize hand and power tools proficiently.
+ Experience with rebar and demolition is a plus.
