Job Overview
Concrete Foreman – Maple Reinders; responsible for leading field crews and overseeing concrete operations across Dundalk, Bradford, Wasaga Beach, and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead concrete crews in daily field operations
- Plan and coordinate formwork, concrete placement, and work sequencing
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
- Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and to quality standards
- Enforce company safety policies and participate in daily safety meetings
- Monitor productivity, labour usage, and workmanship
- Coordinate with superintendents, project managers, and other trades
- Complete accurate timesheets and ensure proper cost coding
- Oversee proper use of tools, equipment, and materials
