**Job Title: Concrete Finisher**
**Job Description**
This position is responsible for finishing freshly poured concrete to create smooth, level, and durable surfaces for a wide range of commercial and industrial projects across the Denver metro area.
**Responsibilities**
+ Spread and level freshly poured concrete using screeds and straight edges to achieve the required grade and slope.
+ Smooth and finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools, including trowels and floats, to meet project specifications.
+ Cut joints and edges in concrete to control cracking and ensure clean, defined lines.
+ Apply a variety of finishes, such as broom, stamped, or polished surfaces, based on project and client requirements.
+ Monitor the concrete curing process to ensure proper strength, quality, and appearance.
+ Work on a variety of concrete projects, including slabs, sidewalks, curbs, and foundations.
