Job Description

What you will deliver:

  • Greet tenants and visitors

  • Respond to tenant and visitor requests in a timely manner

  • Provide direction and information to tenants and visitors at the Tower lobby regarding services within The Eaton Centre and the Office Towers.

  • Ensure concierge desk is equipped with the necessary brochures, stationery and supplies to effectively service tenants and visitors

  • Deliver memos, tickets and other correspondence to tenants

  • Assist Marketing department in the execution of promotions and special events

  • Ensure the office tower lobby is clean by contract housekeeping
