Job Title: Day Concierge – Luxury Residential Apartments - London

Salary: £34,000

  • Meet and greet the residents & guests on arrival
  • Direct & coordinate contractors, post, deliveries, guest requests and bookings
  • Assist the residents with travel arrangements and bookings
  • Ensure that any maintenance issues are resolved and reported
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand
  • Provide a 5- star service

    • The successful candidate


  • At least 5 years’ previous experience in luxury apartments or hotels in central London
  • Must be well presented with flawless communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of central London and the local area
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
