As a Concierge Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the concierge department in a high‑end hotel located in Khanpur. You will ensure that the guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of concierge staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby entrance and other public areas.
• Manage guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of local attractions, events and services to assist guests with their inquiries.
