Job Description
The Concierge & Experience Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Concierge, Guest Services and Ski Butlers teams, ensuring service delivery reflects the Six Senses philosophy of “crafted experiences, emotional connection, and sustainable luxury.”

+ Supervise daily operations and team performance
+ Ensure service standards and LQA compliance
+ Manage VIP and complex guest requests
+ Oversee pre-arrival, in-house, and departure arrangements
+ Promotes wellness, sustainability, and local cultural immersion experiences
+ Ensure anticipatory and personalized guest service
+ Handle complaints and service recovery professionally
+ Support VIP itineraries and bespoke experiences
+ Maintain high guest satisfaction levels
+ Coordinate transportation services, ski arrangements, and all in-house and outdoor guest experiences to ensure seamless service delivery.
