Job Responsibilities

• Attend to all enquirers and render assistance to shoppers or tenants in a professional manner and provide quality service
• Handle administrative work related to gift redemption during mall promotional activities, sales of gift vouchers
• Be familiar and well-versed with the mall's floor plan, facilities and available services
• Provide directional assistance to shoppers/tourists
• Handle complaints and suggestions with professionalism
• Day-to-day maintain and update database management
• Administrate all written or verbal feedback from desk
• Answer incoming call enquirers
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned
