About the role:
The Concessions team facilitate the entire back end of the Concessions process and act as an administrative authority for the state of Western Australia, working with both customers and external stakeholders to ensure customers concession rebates are reviewed and processed correctly.
Our Conveyancing team transfers ownership of properties at the point of sale, ensuring settlement agents are provided with up-to-date billing and customer information and organises meter readings for change of tenancy and own...
