Seeking an IT Support/Desktop Support professional to provide onsite Tier 2 deskside support in a manufacturing/shop floor environment. Responsibilities include computer deployment, Windows 10 to 11 upgrades, imaging systems, asset disposal, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT equipment/assets.
Key Skills:
- Desktop/Deskside Support experience
- Computer deployment, imaging, and hardware replacement
- Windows 10/11 upgrade support
- Knowledge of networking and computer security concepts
