Role Overview

The Workspace Technology Engineer is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving end‑user workspace technologies within the organization. This role is expected to work independently on day‑to‑day operations while contributing to design, improvement, and project initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

End-User Computing & Device Management

• Manage device lifecycle activities including provisioning, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning
• Administer endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft

Workspace & Collaboration Technologies

• Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• Assist with collaboration and productivity tool enhancements
• Support virtual desktop or remote access solutions (e.g. AVD, VDI) where applicable
