Responsibilities

• Monitor and control computer systems and data center equipment.
• Maintain and manage computer systems and hardware including peripherals.
• Operate and oversee the company’s computer hardware systems, ensuring they function efficiently and securely.
• Perform regular backups and recovery operations to guarantee data integrity.
• Follow standard operating protocols, manage error messages, and respond to system issues.
• Assist in the resolution of data processing problems.
• Execute routine security updates and system maintenance tasks.
• Document system performance, operational issues, and maintenance tasks.
• Provide technical support for desktop applications and facilitate troubleshooting.
