What we'd like you to do
- Shape the Bot's Intelligence: Define how we use GenAI and linguistic techniques to make sure the chatbot accurately catches what users actually mean.
- Own Dialogue Quality: Take the lead on our dialogue QA process, ensuring the flow and quality of conversations stay sharp.
- Refine the Customer Experience: Tailor the chatbot's conversational style to match our project's CX goals across every supported language.
- Train the Models: Keep our linguistic models in top shape by driving both their initial training and their continuous, day-to-day improvement.
- Fix Conversational Hiccups: Spot where the chatbot goes off track and design smart fallback strategies to gracefully steer the conversation back.
- Master Voice & Omnichannel: Analyze how the bot should behave in voice environments and tackle the unique challenges that come with multichannel setups.
