Job Description
Become a vital part of ComPsych’s EAP Network as a licensed behavioral health provider. Deliver crucial support through in-person counseling sessions tailored to employees and their families.
In the role of EAP Network Provider, you will deliver ethical and solution-focused counseling in your community. Ideal candidates will have a master’s degree and at least three years of post-master’s clinical experience. Address various behavioral health concerns including stress, anxiety, and relationship challenges in alignment with ComPsych’s high clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities: • Deliver solution-focused counseling in person • Carry out clinical assessments and evaluations • Support clients facing work-life balance and emotional issues • Ensure timely clinical documentation is maintained • Coordinate with ComPsych’s referral and care processes
