This 3rd shift Compounder (Spray) role focuses on accurately measuring, mixing, and processing liquid and powder ingredients using homogenizing and spray dry methods. The position plays a key role in maintaining product quality and safety by following detailed batch instructions, adhering to food safety and GMP standards, and documenting all process steps in a production environment.
Responsibilities
+ Retrieve ingredients and accurately measure them using scales in accordance with standard batch instructions.
+ Mix various liquid and powder ingredients and process them using homogenizing and spray dry methods of compounding.
+ Identify solid ingredients that require melting and safely melt them using hot plates.
+ Identify ingredients that require dilution, dilute them appropriately, and record all raw material usage.
