Job Description
Responsibilities
- Repair and modify composite structural components
- Inspect and assess composite damage
- Work according to repair schemes, specs and drawings
- Document work steps and inspection results
- Ensure quality and safety compliance
- Apply 5S and support productivity improvements
- Collaborate with Quality/Engineering
Qualifications
- Technical apprenticeship (polymer technologist, sheet metal worker etc.)
- Proven composite repair experience
- Highly accurate and independent
- Open‑minded team player
- Good English (minimum B2); German an advantage
- Basic IT skills
- Willing to work 2‑shift
