Job Description
- Design FRP composite structures using advanced engineering principles
- Select and optimize composite materials including glass fibers, resins, and additives
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for composite products
- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and mechanical simulations for composite structures
- Collect, analyze, and document technical data for process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and manufacturability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Composite Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of composite material properties and manufacturing processes
