Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Composite Operator role involves building fiberglass parts using different tools involving molds, in a closed environment or closed area (booth) following specific techniques and guidelines.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Prepare Materials & Molds – Get materials and molds ready to build a product.
- Manufacture Parts – Use methods like hand lay-up and vacuum infusion to shape and build fiberglass components.
