The Component Repair Supervisor is responsible for supervising all the operations of the various repair departments of Plant5. Responsibilities
Supervise day‑to‑day repair/overhaul operations in a high‑technology industry on the evening shift; Motivate and energize the workforce to reach an optimal level of employee engagement; Responsible for main performance indicators: health & safety, quality, on‑time delivery, productivity, etc.; Help develop and manage the budget and hiring; Supervise work shift changes; Host and take part in meetings with other managers. Bachelor's degree in aeronautics, business administration, or engineering; Minimum 4+ years of experience supervising employees in manufacturing; Knowledge and experience with aftermarket repair and inspection processes in the aviation industry (asset); Demonstrated leadership experience; Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams, groups, projects, and/or processes; Quality oriented...
