Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Review marketing promotions, products, and operational activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare, compile, and coordinate regulatory applications, reports, and supporting documents for submission to regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory issuances, and assist in implementing necessary compliance updates across the organization.
- Conduct daily monitoring of business operations, products, systems, and processes to identify potential issues, ensure compliance with established policies and regulatory requirements, and recommend or initiate appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate compliance initiatives, resolve regulatory concern, and ensure timely completion of regulatory requirements.
