Maintain and regularly update AML/CTF policies, procedures, and controls. Act as the designated person for all FINTRAC reporting obligations including STRs, LCTRs, EFTRs, and TPRs.

We are looking for a Compliance Officer & MLRO to maintain and regularly update the AML/CTF policies, procedures, and controls based on the company's risk profile and regulatory developments.

You will conduct ongoing risk assessments and ensure that internal systems are in place to detect, assess, and mitigate money laundering risks. This role acts as the designated person for all regulatory reporting obligations.

Regulatory Reporting and Liaison

• Act as the designated person for all FINTRAC reporting obligations, including Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs), Large Cash Transaction Reports (LCTRs), Electronic Funds Transfer Reports (EFTRs), and Terrorist Property Reports (TPRs)
