As part of the strengthening of its internal Compliance function, RSM Switzerland is looking for a:
Compliance Officer /100%
to support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the firm’s compliance and internal control frameworks.
This role offers broad exposure to key regulatory and professional standards, including KYC/AML, ISO 27001, ISQM, ESG, and data protection, with a progressive increase in responsibilities and close collaboration with experienced compliance professionals.
Your mission :
KYC / AML & Independence
- Conduct periodic and event-driven KYC reassessments in accordance with Swiss AML standards
- Assist with AML compliance checks and maintenance of client due diligence files
- Provide occasional support to business teams on KYC and independence matters
