Job Description

About the Role :

Erulearning, part of the Emeritus Group, is seeking a Compliance Manager to support its India Campus business. This role will partner closely with legal, university partners, and business teams to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance on India's evolving regulatory landscape for foreign university participation. The role reports to the company’s Regional General Counsel, India, with a dotted line report to the Head of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). This role is based in India.


Key Responsibilities :


Conduct annual risk assessments for each FHEI’s India-based university Lead compliance audits and implement corrective actions to mitigate regulatory and operational risks across the India Campus business Develop and operationalize policies, systems, and controls to support compliant scaling of India Campus operations Assist in implementing compliance efforts for the India Campus business in line with Indian regula...
