As an Electronic Money Institution, Swan faces legal and regulatory challenges when conducting its business and operations, including fighting money laundering, protecting clients’ funds, and working with legitimate partners.
As our Compliance Officer in Spain, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations remain in line with regulatory requirements. You will have the role of AMLRO for Spain.
