As Compliance Coordinator you will be the responsible of ensuring full compliance documentation integrity across all licensed growers in the country by managing, validating, and controlling certification and compliance documentation aligned to export market requirements. This role is the backbone of the compliance system, ensuring audit readiness, traceability, and timely response to compliance risks. If you have experience and knowledge in quality management systems, certifications such as Global GAP or similars and have general understanding of ESG management, you could be a great fit. Main responsibilities: 1. Compliance Documentation Management: Track certification validity, renewals, and audit schedules. Ensure documentation meets country-specific market requirements 2.
