We are looking for a Compliance and Governance Manager to join the Zuma Team.

General objective of the position

Ensure the Company´s compliance with the policies, procedures and local regulations established by the Company and its shareholder, by the development and implementation of policies and procedures and the internal control and by conducting audits.

Main responsibilities

• Manage the Company´s Anti-Corruption Procedures, including the corresponding external audit.
• Manage the Company´s Obligation Matrix
• Manage the Company´s Ethics Line
• Serve as point of contact for headquarter audits and follow up with the HQ auditor and the Company´s areas and propose modifications to the Company´s policies and procedures to address HQ´s comments...
