Payment Network Change Management

• Own the assessment, interpretation, and communication of payment network rules, regulations, and technical releases across APAC.
• Manage technical release articles end‑to‑end, including drafting requirements, validating implementation readiness, and tracking delivery status.
• Ensure systems, products, and processes remain compliant with applicable network rules and transaction‑processing frameworks.

Network Liaison & Escalation Ownership

• Act as the primary operational liaison with assigned payment networks, managing day‑to‑day engagement and senior‑level escalations.
