Responsibilities
- KnowledgeorfamiliarityInternationalTradeRegulations,Import-ExportCustomsRegulations,ExportControl,andExportCompliance.
- ExperiencewithDenied/RestrictedPartyLists,Embargoes,TradeCompliance.
- ExperienceinusingTransportManagementSystems(TMS),complianceorscreeningplatformsandERPsystems.
- DeniedPartyScreening(DPS)–screeningorganizations,names,addresses(shipmentparties)againstofficialwatchlistsorsanctionedlistsofindividualsandentitieswithwhomitisillegaltodobusiness.
- Reviewandanalyzeflaggedresultsandassessiftheyarevalidbasedonregulatorycompliancerequirements.
- EnsuresduediligencechecksincompliancewithallapplicablesanctionsandexportcontrolregulationsimposedbytheEU,USandUN.
- CollaboratewiththeLegalandComplianceTeamandotherinternalstakeholders.
- Approval/releaseofshipmentsisdonemanuallyusingmultipletransportmanagementsystems(TMS)aftercompletionofscreening.
