Responsibilities The incumbent has full responsibility for the smooth operation of a 20 lane bowling center in the absence of management during days, nights or on weekends, to include entertainment arcade programs, pin-setting equipment, pro shop, desk operations, food and beverage concepts, and bar operations. Uses a general knowledge of the game of bowling to assist customers in selecting equipment best suited for their needs.
