A specialist SEN setting in Hounslow is looking for a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex additional needs. This is a hands‑on SEN role for someone confident supporting pupils with more complex needs. The school requires a caring, resilient, and confident individual to work with pupils who may need communication support, sensory support, personal care, or structured routines.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with complex needs, ASD, PMLD or EHCP‑linked needs
• Helping pupils access learning and daily routines
• Working closely with SEN teachers, therapists and support staff
• Providing consistent, patient and reliable support
