Complex Litigation Associate (3-6 Years Experience)
CB Consulting Group, LLC is working with a well-regarded law firm in Boston that is seeking a passionate and experienced associate with 3-8 years of complex litigation experience to join their Complex Litigation Practice Group.
Responsibilities
This role involves litigating complex disputes from case filing through trial across a diverse range of industries, including technology, finance, life sciences, and energy. The team maintains a dynamic pipeline of fast-paced matters spanning commercial, trade secret, financial, energy, and product liability litigation. Associates in this role will take on significant responsibilities, including working directly with clients, managing complex cases, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trial work.
