Overview
Join Alcedo Care North Yorkshire as a Mental Health Worker, delivering compassionate, person-centred support to individuals in their own homes. Help clients maintain daily routines, manage emotional wellbeing, and access community resources while promoting independence and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Provide practical assistance and emotional encouragement to individuals living with a range of mental health conditions.
- Support clients to build confidence, reduce isolation, and achieve personal goals.
- Assist with daily routines and enable access to community resources in the home setting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience within a UK care setting.
- Aged 18 or over due to role requirements (personal care, unsupervised work with vulnerable individuals, and flexible hours including late evenings and night shifts).
- Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
