The Compensation Professional 2 oversees Total Rewards Compensation programs for program conformance and effectiveness. Conducts and participates in compensation surveys conducted by other companies and provides recommendations on salary structure. Conducts inventory review and reporting for all Compensation workstreams, while recommending process optimization. Make decisions regarding own work methods, including ambiguous situations and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
