What This Job Entails
The Senior Compensation Manager must have a strong background in implementation and project management, thrive in a fast paced, matrixed environment requiring creativity, influencing and collaboration. The Senior Compensation Manager must be comfortable working in a rapidly evolving environment. This is a hands‑on role managing all compensation programs and processes and will work closely with departmental and cross‑functional business partners to ensure enterprise‑wide alignment with compensation philosophies, all aspects of pay, and incentive plans.
Scope
- Establishes operational objectives and work plans and delegates assignments to subordinates.
- Reviews objectives of other managers to determine operational success.
- Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company‑wide effect.
