Join PowerCo as a full-time Compensation Coordinator in St. Thomas, focusing on compensation design and HR controlling. You'll analyze salary data and manage employee benefit programs.
In this role, you will support PowerCo's compensation and benefits design while assisting with HR Controlling functions like budget forecasting. Responsibilities include processing salary survey data, administering the employee benefits program, and job evaluations for accurate pay grades. You will also ensure timely bill payments and generate departmental reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze salary survey data for variable pay programs
• Administer PowerCo's group benefits program and guide new hires
• Support job evaluations and maintain JDT Library
• Ensure accuracy in departmental bill payments
